Manuel Ricardo Cabral Ximenes founded MX PM Consulting after twenty years inside infrastructure and energy programs across South America and Africa, with a particular depth in Colombia. His career has spanned business development, bidding, construction, contract administration, operations and asset management — the full arc of capital projects, lived from inside the operating company rather than read from a slide.

He holds a Civil Engineering degree from PUC-Rio, an MBA from PUC-Rio Business School, and an MSc in Project Management from Boston University. He is PMP-certified and an active member of the Project Management Institute. Manuel works in Portuguese, Spanish and English and serves clients across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina and the United States.
